The Impossible Card Trick

Imagine taking out your phone and loading up the impossible card trick app and passing your phone to a spectator to keep hold of.You then pull out a deck of cards or borrow a deck of cards and pass them to the spectator. (Borrowed is always better).Now ask the spectator to give the cards a really good shuffle.When the spectator is happy that the cards have been well and truly shuffled, You then ask the spectator to select 5 random cards from anywhere inside the deck and to place them face down in front you onto the table and to place the rest of the deck to one side as they wont be needed for the rest of the trick.You then take those 5 cards from the table, look at them and place 1 card face down back onto the table.You are then left holding 4 cards, now place each of the 4 cards face up onto the table and ask the spectator to type them into the impossible card app.When the spectator has entered the remaining 4 cards into the impossible card app, the phone will then display the back of a playing card.Ask the spectator to touch the back of that card on the phone and on doing so the card will turn face up revealing a predicted card.Now ask the spectator to look at the card that is face down on the table. Excellent magic trick. Give one person the cards still in the box. Give another person your phone or tablet to switch on & let them do everything. Apart from the FIVE freely selected cards by the spectator, who then gives to you. This is completely hands off. A nice update would be to be able to increase the selections on the screen. For they look tiny on a 10" tablet. But it's still a fantastic trick.

Titanium Backup used to be my favorite app. Now The Impossible Card Trick is my favorite. After watching the trailer 86 times to try and figure this out, I busted out the best $4.78 I've ever spent. Seriously though, you could sell this for $100 easy. Love it!
How do you memorize the six combinations easily? Also the first time I tried it the card that came up was the queen of clubs even though one of the cards that was typed in was the queen of clubs and the right card was king of clubs but that was my bad. Good trick for the most part though but it cost me a pretty penny to get it and right now I am unsure as to if I will be able to show it off to many people since it will be tricky to memorize all of the combinations.
